I LOVE this time of year! I’m all for everything Fall and Christmas. The cool weather, memories, and the FOOD of course. HOWEVER, I am a mama of two small children so building a campfire to give them the smores experience simply isn’t an option yet. This easy smores fudge cake is a great alternative, is easy to make, and everyone will enjoy it!
With just a few simple ingredients and minimal baking experience, you can have this fudgey cake ready to go in under 45 minutes! I have definitely made this in a pinch while multitasking cleaning my house after I get a call that family members are on the way over on short notice! What’s better than a clean house when quests are on the way? A clean house that smells like you’ve been baking all day!
If I have a few extra minutes I like to make this Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip and chop up a few veggies for a savory snack as well!
This is definitely a recipe that you are going to want to print and put on your fridge for repeated use this holiday season!
