Believe it or not, I didn’t always use to buy vinegar two gallons at a time. Shocker, huh? But when I learned how many uses for vinegar there were, I couldn’t believe that I only ever used it for baking. Who knew vinegar had so many uses? One time, my little brother in the terrible two’s got a hold of a red permanent marker and thought our couch was the perfect canvas to display his artwork. You can probably imagine the look on our faces when we walked in the room. We can’t leave him alone in a room (or even turn our backs) for one second. But, somehow, we managed to get the awful red stains out of our couch successfully. How you might ask? Vinegar. And a little bit of elbow grease.

When it comes to what foods I make at home and what foods I buy from the store, there are just some things I cannot imagine ever buying again, but there’s also certain things that I’m not daring enough to try. And a lot of those things I can’t make because I don’t have the equipment and tools necessary to make them with.
