If you’re looking for another lazy meal to to add to you meal rotation you’re in the right place. This is a great recipe to prepare when you want an extra yummy hot dinner or for an average weeknight when you know you’ll be busy but still want to feed your family something other than sandwiches. Though this meal takes a while to finish cooking, the prep time is low and the flavors make it worth it!

The ranch recipe mix gives the sauce a more full taste, and the gravy poured over some rice is delicious!

This time around I used a bone in pork chop since that is what I had on hand, but more often than not I will use a boneless family pack of the smaller sized pork chops.

Once you have all of your ingredients in the slow cooker, all you have to do is cook it for a few hours. We eat it with rice so all I have to do is make a pot of rice about 30 minutes before I know we’ll want to eat.

I used cream of mushroom this time, but more often than not I will use cream of chicken. Either way it turns out delicious and my kids always want a second plate.

With a convenient number of only 3 ingredients you can’t go wrong. The prep time is next to nothing and at dinner time you have something that looks and smells like you put actual work into it.
