Big Mac quesadillas are the crispy version of a Big Mac you never knew you needed! The flavor is spot on, but it has a much better quality texture.
Making Big Mac quesadillas is really simple and easy. {FULL RECIPE BELOW}
- Brown the meat with worcestershire sauce to give it that burger flavor.
- Butter the tortillas so they get nice and crispy while cooking.
- Add half of the meat, half of the cheese, and the top tortilla butter side up.
- Flip it to crisp up the other tortilla.
- Cut and serve with all the Big Mac topping and (most importantly) the Big Mac sauce!
This recipe makes two Big Mac quesadillas, but because of the amount of cheese and meat going into each one, you could easily serve 2 people off each quesadilla. I always have a BIG appetite and 2 quarter slices has me FULL.
My favorite part of a Big Mac and the main reason I ever order one is the SAUCE! So I like to put a lot on mine, but you can add as much or as little as you want of any of the ingredients to suit your tastes.
You could even skip the top tortilla altogether, and make a sort of Big Mac pizza. I just thought of this and now I really want to try it lol.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. salted butter
- 1lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- seasoned salt
- 4 (10") flour tortillas
- 3 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- chopped tomatoes
- lettuce
- slices dill pickles
- Big Mac Sauce
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Cook until there is no more pink meat, drain, and set aside. Butter 1 side of a tortilla and place, butter side down, on a large skillet over medium heat. Add half of prepared meat and half of the cheese to the tortilla and top with another buttered tortilla, butter side up. Cook until both sides are browned and cheese is completely melted. Repeat with the remaining tortillas, meat, and cheese. Cut quesadillas and top with tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and Big Mac Sauce. Serve hot and enjoy.
