I never really considered myself “girly” or into pretty things until I moved into my own place and became a stay at home mom. I’m not saying I had more time to decorate but I certainly spent more time at home that I did before and it really ate away at my sense of self and sanity to have my home not look the way I would like it to. Raise your hand if you have a hard time getting your kid to eat their lunch or snack at school! *raising both of my hands high!* My daughter was NOT eating her snacks at school about 60% of the time.
