Easy Funfetti Slime {Step by Step}

My 4 year old has been begging for glitter slime for months, however, glitter is BANNED in my house because it gets everywhere and never goes away. I never really considered myself “girly” or into pretty things until I moved into my own place and became a stay at home mom. I’m not saying I had more time to decorate but I certainly spent more time at home that I did before and it really ate away at my sense of self and sanity to have my home not look the way I would like it to. To get ALL of the things I wanted we would have had to save for months to get them. So these BEAUTIFUL and inexpensive DIY ideas were some of the things I found to look almost exactly like the products I had on my wish list in the first place!

All of the items you will need to make these gorgeous home decor ideas can be found at dollar stores!

So I decided to try to make a cute snack bag that would draw her attention away from the fascinating conversations that her and her 4 year old friends would be having and actually notice the food sitting in front of her. And what do you know? It WORKED! She said all her friends loved her butterfly and she ended up eating the whole thing!

Here is how to make these adorable little butterfly snack bags:
